ActivePort Group has announced it has begun a new strategic agreement with Lightstorm Telecom.
The initial project is to deliver ActivePort’s Management and Orchestration (MANO) software for Lightstorm to manage their cloud and network services and provide SD-WAN services to their customers. Total project value expected to exceed AUD $1 million.
Lightstorm is building a utility-grade fibre network, called SmartNet, connecting all of the major economic hubs in India via 45+ data centres. ActivePort’s software adds real-time provisioning and customer self-service to Lightstorm’s SmartNet network, giving Lightstorm a significant advantage in the telecommunications market.
