Super loop has signed three partnerships within its Smart Communities division, representing more than AUD20 million in total customer value across more than 13,000 beds in the purpose-built student accommodation sector.

These contracts include a new exclusivity deal with Journal Student Living, whereby Superloop will become the sole provider for its student accommodation portfolio. Campus Living Villages has also renewed its contract with Superloop for an additional five years. The expanded contract grants Superloop exclusivity on all new Campus Living Villages’ sites during the contract period.

Separately, Exal has selected Superloop for its upcoming 900-plus-bed student accommodation development in Perth, set to open in 2026. Finally, Superloop has been awarded the fibre-to-the-premisis statutory infrastructure provider role at its other multiple dwelling developments. The purpose built student portfolio will be managed by Global Student Accommodation (GSA) Yugo, with whom Superloop has established a strong partnership.

“We’re thrilled to have been selected by Journal Student Living and Exal and to have expanded our partnership with Campus Living Villages,” said Superloop’s Jonathon Runge. “Our goal has been to build genuine partnerships with our customers and to support them as they develop premium accommodation tailored to the evolving needs and habits of students.”

“Purpose-built student accommodation operators rightly demand innovation, technology, and seamless reliability for their customers. Students are unique consumers with above-average needs for performance, uptime and support,” he added. “These latest partnerships underscore Superloop’s position as a leading provider in the student accommodation sector, and we look forward to delivering exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders.”
