Meta Platforms says it has witnessed an increase in job postings in June 2023 compared to the previous month, with emphasis on transformative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and cybersecurity, particularly within the US market, reveals the Job Analytics Database of GlobalData.
Sherla Sriprada, Business Fundamentals Analyst at GlobalData, comments: “Most of the jobs posted by Meta in June 2023 were for the US market. The company’s job postings in June 2023 were mostly around areas such as big data, AI, and cybersecurity. There also seems to be an increased focus on generative AI related roles.”
A June 2023 role “Product Technical Program Manager, Generative AI” looks at the transformative potential of people and businesses around the world as a new class of experiences, defining the vision for building Meta-scale and global products.
The American multinational technology conglomerate’s “QA Lead – Dogfooding, Meta Reality Labs” new role is expected to build a first-in-class service that fuels RL’s innovation pipelines, develop and execute large-scale beta testing and dogfooding programs that provide coverage for multiple platforms.
Another AI related role “Director Data Science, AI Infra” looks at developing product and go-to-market strategies that will bring robust end-to-end analytics leadership experience in data science and data engineering.
